Ben Huckaba

Ben Huckaba leads our team with the dual priorities of both serving our clients and creating a team environment that values, develops, and equips each of our team members. His areas of expertise include system studies, substation protection and controls, communications, and renewable energy. Ben believes that our work is meaningful as we contribute to our clients’ success by making safe, sustainable, reliable, and affordable power and energy solutions possible.

Ben is naturally curious, embracing a growth mentality to be a life-long learner. He brings this approach to the entire organization for continued improvement to solve complex problems and ever-changing industry requirements and opportunities.

Ben is involved in his local community through his church and coaching his three children in youth sports. Ben and his wife enjoy outdoor family experiences such as hiking, camping, skiing, and mountain biking.
