At the end of December, Alpha Engineering celebrated the retirements of Jeff Raufeisen and Jeff Hale, marking the conclusion of two remarkable careers dedicated to serving Indiana’s power and energy industry.
Jeff Raufeisen began his career as a lineman with Johnson County REMC before serving as a lineman and superintendent at Bargersville Utilities. He joined Alpha Engineering in 2014 as a Project Engineer, where he contributed to transmission and distribution projects across Indiana through 2025.
Jeff Hale dedicated nearly four decades to Henry County REMC, advancing from lineman to Line Superintendent before joining Alpha Engineering in 2015 as a Project Engineer. During his tenure, he supported a wide range of utility and municipal projects, bringing extensive field experience and leadership to the firm’s engineering efforts.
Together, Raufeisen and Hale brought decades of practical knowledge to Alpha Engineering, strengthening project execution, mentoring team members, and supporting reliable power infrastructure throughout the state.
We thank Jeff Raufeisen and Jeff Hale for their years of service and dedication and congratulate them both on their well-earned retirements. Their contributions to Alpha Engineering and Indiana’s energy community will not be forgotten.
